  • Where are HighCube Homes sited?
    • HighCube Homes are by commission only for build on our clients property or land. We do not supply land / plots, nor do we supply water, gas and electric to site. Our homes are designed to be connected to your existing services, although our off-grid upgrade options can provide your electricity and water needs.
  • Will I need planning permission for a HighCube Home?
    • Before commissioning any form of building work, you should always seek pre-planning advice from your local authority, as each area has different speculations and restrictions. HighCube Homes are deemed as ‘Non-Permanent’ structures, and in many cases, permission will not be required. If you are in an AONB you will almost certainly require planning permission. If building on your existing property, a HighCube home may fall within your PD.
  • How Much do HighCube Homes cost?
    • Our standard home model prices are shown on their own relevant pages. Alternative variants are possible and will fall within the ball-park figure of the original home, although we do offer many upgrade options such as Off-Grid solutions and interior upgrades.
  • What’s included in the price of a HighCube Home?
    • All home prices include delivery of the containers and products to site and full on site conversion and build. We do not install mains Gas, Electricity, Water or Waste to site, but are able to extend and connect to services on site. Alternatively, we can supply off-grid options for Electricity and water/waste.
  • Where can I see a real home?
